The Health Center ~ Construction on Target!
Exciting activity is happening at the construction site on the corner of Fannin and McGowen! Steel beams are being set into place and the Health Center is beginning to take form. Soon, Houston will have a new clinic ready to serve those in need.

CHRISTUS Point of Light Clinic Expands to Full-time
In response to the growing number of unemployed, uninsured and under insured families, CHRISTUS Health has expanded the clinic hours for CHRISTUS Point of Light Clinic in Dickinson. The Clinic is staffed by a family practice physician who offers an array of health services at affordable costs.
Point of Light Clinic is now open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and offers an after hours clinic on Tuesday until 6:00 p.m. and on Wednesdays until 7:00 p.m. You may call to set an appointment and walk-ins are welcome.

2009 Nun Run ~ Save the Date
Join us for the 2009 Nun Run as we ride from Houston to Galveston on Saturday, October 17, 2009. Proceeds benefit the children and families of CHRISTUS Southwest Community Health Center. There will be awards, prizes, breakfast, lunch, and nun rides! Sidecars welcome.
