Children Immunizations for children 2 months to 18 years: 

† For children with NO INSURANCE, Medicaid or

Under-insured (insurance does not pay for vaccines)

† No CHIP accepted

† Under 17 years Must be accompany by a parent or guardian

† Must bring child’s Immunization Record/Shot Record

† First come first served basis

† Flu shots for children and adults

† Also College Meningitis vaccines available for 19years and older
