Children Immunizations for children 2 months to 18 years: 

† For children with NO INSURANCE, Medicaid or

†Under-insured (insurance does not pay for vaccines)

† No CHIP accepted

† Child Must be accompany by a parent or guardian

† Must bring child’s Immunization Record/Shot Record

† First come first 50 students

(Student 19 year and older, meningitis vaccine is available with a $20.00 donation)
