CHRISTUS School Based Clinics School Projects enable students, teachers and our own on-campus healthcare providers to create healthier, happier and highly interactive learning environments.
 
Recently, students and instructors from Yellowstone Academy took part in the production of a video for CHRISTUS School Based Clinics. Everyone at CHRISTUS Foundation for HealthCare thanks Yellowstone Academy for its participation in this project.

St. Francis of Assisi and St. Pius V now have school gardens. Students donated pants, tools, pots, seeds and other supplies to the cultivation efforts. They also water the garden Monday through Friday and provide the upkeep as needed. A portion of St. Francis’ garden is reserved for growing vegetables that go to the school's food bank.

Dulles High School Senior, Edwin Savio, presented First Aid kits to Yellowstone Academy, Inc. and Resurrection School. He is a member of the National Honor Society and prepared the kits as an individual service project. Edwin plans to attend Texas A&M and eventually become a doctor specializing in sports medicine.

Nipa Kamdar RN, FNP-C, and a leader of CHRISTUS School Based Clinics, presented healthy breakfast options to fourth graders at Our Lady of Guadalupe School. The children learned the importance of eating a healthy breakfast as well as how easy and inexpensive it is to prepare oatmeal sundaes.
