CHRISTUS Healthy Living Mobile Clinic

Serving and Inspiring Houstonians

While the Mobile Health Clinic primarily visits communities within the inner loop, its caring crew also offers care to Greater Houston, assisting schools with immunization efforts and providing relief services to victims of natural disasters, such as 2005’s hurricanes Katrina and Rita and 2008’s Ike. The Mobile Clinic’s success and dedication have inspired other major health organizations to create similar mobile-health outreach programs—and now an expanding fleet of vehicles, owned and operated by an array of providers, collaborates to serve more people every year.
