Archbishop Joseph A. Fiorenza blesses New CHRISTUS Point of Light Clinic

CHRISTUS Point of Light clinic celebrated their new expansion and relocation with a blessing and dedication ceremony performed by Archbishop Emeritus Joseph Fiorenza.

Many sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word were also in attendance as Archbishop Fiorenza gave a very special and beautiful blessing of the clinic. Fiorenza thanked CHRISTUS Foundation and the Sisters for continuing the legacy of the Congregation of the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word through the promotion of health and welfare to people in need.

For over 25 years, the clinic has been providing quality, affordable healthcare to thousands of men, women and children each year, regardless of their ability to pay. With this relocation and expansion CHRISTUS Point of Light can continue to serve an even greater population of hardworking and uninsured patients of the Galveston County area.
