Children Immunizations for children 2 months to 18 years:

† For children with NO INSURANCE, Medicaid or

† Under-insured (insurance does not pay for vaccines)

† No CHIP accepted

† Child Must be accompany by a parent or guardian

† Must bring child’s Immunization Record/Shot Record

† First come first served basis

† College Meningitis vaccines available for students 19yrs + with a $20.00 cash donation
